William "Bill" Arthur Wildey

December 17, 1922 ~ July 1, 2018 (age 95)

William “Bill” Wildey passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of his family on Sunday, July 1, 2018 at the Victoria Hospital in Prince Albert, SK. Bill was born in Birch Hills on December 17, 1922 to Francis and Robert Wildey.  Bill and Verla were married on December 31, 1952 and together they raised eight children.

Bill is survived by his loving wife of 65 years Verla; his children: Fern (Bruce) Walker and family, Janna and Shelby; Earl “Bill” (Diane)Wildey and family, Bucky (Jennifer) and children Daxon and Bentley: Samantha and daughter, Madison: Keenan; Raymond Wildey and family: Brandy and children, Dante and Timothy; Kelly; and their mother Lise : Ron (Debbie) Wildey and family, Robin (Julie) and children, Nathan and Seth; Megan (Kyle) and childern, Harley and Gavin; Brian Wildey: Linda Phipps and family, Kristin (Curt) and children, Beth, Sydni and Walker; Amanda: Lori Wildey ( Allen Anderson) and family, Shawna and Jessica: Francis (Rob) Wall and family, Kylie (Joey Gavin) and their son  Jameson, Aubry, Hunter: his brother Sid ( Marlene) Wildey and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Bill was predeceased by his grandson Ben Wildey, son-in-law Ken Phipps, his parents Robert and Francis Wildey and his siblings:  Cromartie Family: John, Bob, Violet, Harry, Dora and Mertle: Cromarty Family: Jack, Bert and Violet: Wildey  Family: Ole, Evelyn, Charlie and Pete.

A Celebration of Bill’s Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at Meath Park Senior’s Hall with Reverend Nora Vedress officiating.
