Obituary of Lezlie Tammy Lee Johnstone

Lezlie Johnstone - mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, auntie, niece, cousin, and friend, passed away unexpectedly on March 24, 2024, at the age of 54, while at home.

Lezlie is survived by: her mother Rose, her daughters Brittany and Tyhecia, her grandchildren Trayden, Liam, Jaxson, Kendall, and Ethan, her siblings Connie (Jay), Sheldon, Conrad (Brenda), Nelson (Celissa), Nick (Kim), and Nicole (Paul).  She is predeceased by her father Roy, daughters Sheridan and Alana, sisters Lenora and Nancy, and niece Courtney.

Lezlie was born on December 16, 1969 to Rose and Vern Johnstone.  She had four beautiful daughters, and enjoyed her time with her grandchildren and loved ones.  She was incredibly generous to those who were kind to her.  She will be deeply missed by her friends, family, and loved ones.

The Wake Services for Lezlie will commence on Thursday, March 28, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. from the Mistwasis First Nation Family Centre.

 

The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 30, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. also from the Family Centre. Lezlie will be laid to rest in Our Lady of the Poor Roman Catholic Cemetery at Mistawasis First Nation.
